You can save yourself a lot of time and a lot of heartaches, by working with someone that knows what they're doing. Of course, you want to ensure that all of that knowledge is transferred, but if you find someone who knows what they're doing, it can save you a lot of time and they can set things up correctly and show you how to use it efficiently.īecause it's a good product, and I worked for Oracle when they first released it, which was more than 20 years ago, but things have changed dramatically since then. As I am a consultant, of course, this would be my recommendation. Have them work with the staff to show the staff how to do it.
My advice would be to find someone with experience who has implemented it before, and if they're not on staff, bring them in as a consultant.
